The team focuses on accurate guidance, compliant documentation, and personalized support to help clients navigate complex immigration processes effectively.
Role Description The Immigration Counselor will work full time on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, providing end-to-end counseling and support for individuals and families seeking Canadian immigration options. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client eligibility, explaining suitable visa and immigration programs, and guiding clients through application requirements and timelines. The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records for each case.
The Immigration
Counselor will conduct regular follow-ups with clients, address queries, provide status updates, and ensure that all processes align with current Canadian immigration regulations and company standards.
The role also includes participating in information sessions, contributing to process improvements, and supporting the overall client experience from initial inquiry to final decision.
Qualifications
- Robust knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, including student visas, Express Entry, provincial nominee programs, family sponsorship, and temporary visas and permits.
- Ability to assess client profiles, interpret immigration policies, and recommend appropriate pathways based on current regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and sensitively.
- Attention to detail in documentation review, case management, and record-keeping to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and CRM or case management software for tracking and reporting.
- Client-focused mindset with demonstrated problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, immigration studies, social sciences, or a related field; formal training or certification in Canadian immigration consulting is an advantage.
- Prior experience in immigration counseling, legal services, or international student advisory roles is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and collaborate effectively within a diverse, professional team.
