? Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Import CHA documentation for Sea & Air shipments
- Prepare checklists & file Bills of Entry through ICEGATE
- Coordinate with customers for required documentation
- Verify HS Codes and shipment details
- Track shipment status on ICEGATE & provide updates
- Coordinate with shipping lines for shipment-related activities
- Handle end-to-end Customs Clearance documentation & procedures

Requirements:

✅ 2–4 years of relevant Import CHA Documentation experience

✅ Valuable knowledge of Sea & Air Import Customs Clearance

✅ Hands-on knowledge of ICEGATE & HS Codes

✅ Strong email drafting & communication skills
