Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.

- Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.

- Maintain customer payment records and outstanding reports.

- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.

- Coordinate with sales and finance teams regarding pending payments.

- Monitor credit limits and payment terms.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reports.

- Maintain accurate records using Tally / MS Excel / ERP.

- Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments and outstanding balances.

- Ensure compliance with company credit-control policies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
