Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Sales Consultant role located in the Pune Division.

The Immigration Sales

Consultant will engage with prospective clients, understand their immigration needs, and present suitable visa and resettlement options and services.

Responsibilities include conducting consultations, explaining processes and documentation requirements, preparing proposals, and following up to convert leads into successful enrollments. The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery, and supporting clients through each stage of the immigration journey.



The consultant will also contribute to achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and representing the company in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting, with experience in promoting services and converting leads into clients.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
- Consulting abilities, with aptitude for understanding client needs, providing tailored advice, and explaining complex processes.
- Relevant experience in immigration, legal, or education consulting is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, social sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, email, and office productivity software to manage leads and client records.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working on-site in the Pune Division and collaborating with a diverse team.
