About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and drive the complete HR function, from employee lifecycle management and engagement to performance, policies, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, exits, and HR documentation.
- Manage performance management, appraisals, and goal-setting processes.
- Handle payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR MIS.
- Partner with business leaders on people-related matters and workforce planning.
- Identify training and development needs and drive L&D; initiatives.
- Ensure a positive employee experience across the complete employee lifecycle.

You’ll be great if you have

- 7–12 years of experience across HR Generalist / HRBP / HR Operations roles.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, can partner effectively with leadership.
