Role Description The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The person in this role will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Daily responsibilities include managing HR policies, handling employee relations, maintaining HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Manager will coordinate performance management processes, support learning and development initiatives,



and work closely with leadership to align HR practices with business goals. The role also involves managing payroll inputs, attendance records, and HR systems to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in the Indian context.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or HR software, and basic MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role, preferably in the food and beverage or manufacturing sector.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment in Kolkata.
