Ejangpo Integrated Farm is a modern layer poultry farm and the first ever in Northeast India to bring large-scale automated egg production to the region.

We focus on producing premium, farm-fresh eggs with rich orange yolks, using the highest-quality feed, strict biosecurity, and proper quality control at every stage.

Role Overview The HR professional will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with workplace policies. The ideal candidate will possess robust administrative skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

· Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers.

· Onboarding & Training: Facilitate seamless onboarding and orientation for new hires,



ensuring they understand company policies and farm operations.

· Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

· Payroll & Attendance: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and assist in payroll processing.

· Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal company policies.

· Performance Management: Support performance evaluation processes and assist in identifying training and development needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is required.

· Preferred Education: A Master’s degree (MBA in HR or equivalent) will be given preference.

Experience: Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred, though capable fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Salary: Determined on the basis of qualifications and relevant experience.
