Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based at Ejangpo Integrated Farm in Diphu. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for farm and administrative staff.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support compliance with labor laws and safety regulations, and promote fair and consistent HR practices across the farm. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining HR records, coordinating training and development programs, handling employee concerns, overseeing attendance and leave management, and supporting leadership with workforce planning.



The role also involves fostering an inclusive work culture, supporting change management initiatives, and contributing to the long-term growth and stability of the organization.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes for diverse roles.
- Experience with performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution in operational or industrial settings.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and HR administration skills, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with management and staff at all levels.
- Ability to design and coordinate training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Proficiency in basic HR software or spreadsheets for attendance, payroll coordination, and data tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or similar operational environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Diphu, demonstrate integrity, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
