We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Intern who is interested in learning and gaining hands-on experience across recruitment and HR operations.

This internship will provide practical exposure to the complete employee lifecycle and help you develop strong skills in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and HR Administration.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist with preparing and releasing job postings.

HR Operations

- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, documents, and employee communications.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Assist with exit formalities and maintaining employee records.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.

Employee Engagement & Coordination

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related requirements.
- Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and workplace culture.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records.
- Prepare basic HR and recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely updating of HR trackers and databases.




- Support the HR team with documentation and other assigned activities.

What We're Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
