Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities in a full time capacity. This on-site role, based in Faridabad, involves assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding documentation, and employee record maintenance. The intern will help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, support the implementation of HR policies, and assist with tracking attendance and leave.

Additional responsibilities may include preparing HR reports,



supporting communication regarding employee benefits, and collaborating with managers to ensure smooth HR workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR operations and processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Benefits to assist in policy implementation and benefits administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management to help maintain accurate employee records and support workforce coordination.
- Candidates should have strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Candidates should be proficient in MS Office or similar productivity tools and comfortable working with spreadsheets and HR documentation.
- Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates with prior internship experience in HR or familiarity with HR software will be considered an advantage.
