Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Dunixab is a full-time, on-site position based in Trivandrum. The intern will assist with daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding processes. The role involves assisting in the communication and implementation of HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration,



and contributing to personnel management tasks.

The intern may also help organize employee engagement initiatives, prepare HR-related reports, and collaborate with other teams to ensure a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
- Understanding of HR Management and basic exposure to HR operations
- Basic knowledge of Employee Benefits and willingness to support benefits administration
- Interest in Personnel Management and supporting employee lifecycle processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Trivandrum
