Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Adithya Institute of Technology in Coimbatore. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

The Human Resources

Manager will coordinate with academic and administrative departments to address workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines. Daily tasks include managing HR documentation, maintaining accurate employee records, handling grievance resolution, supporting training and development initiatives,



and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment. The role also requires regular reporting to leadership and recommending improvements to HR processes and practices.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong skills in HR policy development, compliance, and documentation, including familiarity with labor laws and institutional regulations.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, basic data analysis, and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively across academic and administrative teams.
- Proven ability in planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced educational environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior HR management experience in an educational institution or similar organization is highly beneficial.
