We’re Hiring | HR & Administration Executive

Leela by Gauri Vala is looking for a proactive, organized HR professional to join our team in Rishikesh and contribute to a professional, people-focused workplace.

We are looking for someone with:

- 3+ years of experience in HR & Administration
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies & compliance
- Experience in employee lifecycle management, recruitment & employee relations
- Positive communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors will be an advantage

What you’ll be responsible for:

Managing onboarding, employee documentation, attendance & leave records, recruitment coordination, HR data, employee engagement, performance management support, office administration, vendor coordination and day-to-day workplace operations.
