Role Description This full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role is based in Gandhinagar. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and administering HR processes.

The Human Resources

Executive will handle employee relations matters, support performance management activities, and help implement and communicate HR policies and procedures across the organization. The role also includes coordinating training and development initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant employment regulations,



and partnering with leadership to support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience supporting strategic HR initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to implement, maintain, and improve HR processes and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a constructive work setting.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office or HRIS tools.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in an HR executive or similar role is an advantage.
