Role Description The Human Resources Associate will support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities in a dynamic AI innovation environment. This full-time role is hybrid, based in Noida, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR records, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating training and development programs.



The role involves handling employee queries, helping implement HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources, including Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.
- Experience or interest in Training & Development, including organizing sessions and supporting learning initiatives.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with team members at all levels.
- Ability to manage HR documentation, maintain confidentiality, and work with HRIS or related HR tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with basic labor laws and HR compliance practices; experience in a tech or startup environment is an advantage.
