Job Summary The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and onboarding candidates. The role focuses on attracting top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and fulfilling hiring requirements within defined timelines while supporting the organization's talent acquisition strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Coordinate pre-employment verification and onboarding documentation.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment databases, ATS, and recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and HR processes.
- Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives when required.

Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Maximum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment metrics and sourcing strategies.
