Position Overview:

Hilary Rhoda Cosmetics is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resource function while ensuring smooth administration and IT Coordination across the organization. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders, managing the HR team, monitoring key HR metrics, ensuring policy compliance, and building a high-performing, employee-centric culture. The HR Manager will oversee all HR operations while ensuring efficient workplace administration and IT support for business continuity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

HR Leadership & Talent Acquisition Oversight:

- Lead and oversee the organization's talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
- Review manpower requirements and hiring plans with business leaders.
- Guide and support the HR team to ensure timely hiring and achievement of recruitment goals.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring quality, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives and develop talent pipelines through recruitment partners and educational institutions.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

- Review employee exit processes, including exit interviews, clearance, asset recovery, and Full & Final settlements.




- Continuously improve employee lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Performance Management & Organizational Development:

- Lead the organization's performance management framework, including KRAs, KPIs, goal setting, and appraisal cycles.
- Partner with business leaders to drive employee development and succession planning.
- Coach managers on performance management and employee development.
- Identify training needs and oversee learning and development initiatives.
- Drive performance improvement and organizational effectiveness.

Compensation, Payroll & Benefits:

- Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Review payroll accuracy, reimbursements, incentives, employee benefits, and statutory deductions.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for payroll reconciliation, audits, and compliance.
- Ensure compensation and benefits practices align with company policies and legal requirements.

Compliance & HR Operations:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee employee records, HR documentation, contracts, attendance, and leave management.
- Conduct periodic HR audits and ensure implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Monitor HR operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.





Attrition & Workforce Planning:

- Monitor attrition trends, employee turnover, and workforce analytics.
- Review exit feedback and recommend retention strategies.
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management review.
- Partner with leadership to improve employee engagement and workforce planning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to HR operations, people management, payroll, compliance, administration, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience leading HR teams and partnering with business leaders.
- Strong understanding of performance management systems, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills:

- Solid knowledge of KRAs, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
- Experience overseeing payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Sound understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in HR analytics, organizational development, and change management.
- Exposure to office administration and IT operations will be an added advantage.
