Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hub Officer role based in Surat.

The Hub

Officer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day hub operations, including coordinating incoming and outgoing materials, monitoring schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role involves tracking activities and inventories, preparing basic reports, and communicating with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues promptly.

and help implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with spreadsheets, email, and data entry tools.
- Ability to analyze routine operational data, identify issues, and support problem-solving and process improvement.
- Previous experience in hub, warehouse, operations, logistics, or office coordination roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office full-time in Surat and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Minimum educational qualification at the secondary or higher secondary level; a diploma or degree in business, logistics, or a related field is beneficial.
