? What You’ll Do• Source & attract talented candidates through LinkedIn, job portals & social media

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with candidates & hiring managers
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience




- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.

✅ Strong sourcing & screening abilities

✅ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn/other job portals

✅ Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills
