Role Overview

We are looking for a HR Recruiter Intern who is enthusiastic about starting a career in Human Resources and wants hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Support the HR team in preparing job postings and recruitment-related communication.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Assist with onboarding activities and documentation when required.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding or interest in HR and recruitment.
- Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR tools.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
