We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. As we are currently expanding and hiring across multiple positions, the primary focus of this role will be end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels
- Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating interviews with department heads
- Following up with candidates and negotiating offers
- Managing offer letters, joining formalities and onboarding
- Maintaining recruitment reports and candidate databases
- Supporting other HR and administrative activities when required
Preferred Qualifications And Experience
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field
- Minimum 23 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Experience in managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong sourcing, screening and candidate-follow-up skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn,
Microsoft Excel and recruitment trackers
- Experience in high-volume recruitment will be preferred
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference
This is a full-time, office-based position near Charni Road Railway Station, Mumbai.
