About The Role
Check Point is seeking an experienced HR Partner to support the India Team and partner closely with the India HR Leader in delivering a seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle. This role will serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and effective execution of people processes.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR program execution. The role requires strong collaboration with managers, employees, Talent Acquisition, and other People teams to ensure consistent and high-quality HR service delivery across India.
- Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leave management, and offboarding.
- Ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the employee journey.
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and data within HR systems.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities across stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
HR Operations &
- Service Excellence
- Partner closely with the India HR Leader to execute people processes and HR initiatives across the India organization.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle matters.
- Manage HR transactions and employee data updates with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure HR processes are compliant, productive, and delivered within defined timelines and service standards.
- Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and employee records to support business and compliance requirements.
Employee Relations &
- Manager Support
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and people managers.
- Support employee relations matters and assist with resolution of workplace concerns.
- Guide managers on HR policies, performance management processes, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
Employee Engagement &
- Culture
- Partner with the India HR Leader to plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
- Support employee communications and organizational events.
- Assist in gathering employee feedback and driving actions to enhance employee experience and retention.
- Help strengthen Check Point’s culture and employer brand within the India organization.
Compliance &
- Governance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain awareness of changes in employment legislation and HR best practices.
HR Projects &
- Continuous Improvement
- Support implementation of annual HR programs including performance management, talent reviews, compensation cycles, and learning initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational effectiveness.
- Partner with global HR teams on HR system enhancements and process improvement projects.
- Contribute to building scalable HR practices that support business growth in India.
Qualifications
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, preferably within a technology or multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and commitment to operational excellence.

- Experience supporting engineering, product, or technology organizations.
- Exposure to employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with business leaders and global HR teams.
