? Position: HR Manager – Steel Industry

? Experience: 12–15 years in HR (preferably in steel or manufacturing plant)

? Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000/month

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete HR operations: recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee records

- Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, and leave management for plant staff

- Ensure legal compliance with PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and labor laws

- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs

- Coordinate training & development initiatives

- Maintain HR MIS and liaise with government departments
