Hotel HR Manager – Manager Level Roles & Responsibilities

Experience : Min 5 years in Hotel Industry

- Strategic HR Management

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hotel business objectives.
- Prepare annual manpower plans and HR budgets.
- Partner with the General Manager and department heads on workforce planning.

2. Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for managerial and operational positions.

3. Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into workplace issues.
- Maintain healthy employee-management relations.

4. Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure competitive salary structures.
- Oversee payroll and statutory deductions.
- Manage employee benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.

5. HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and hotel policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate statutory audits and labor inspections.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and workplace regulations.

6. HR Operations




- Oversee attendance, leave management, and HRMS administration.
- Monitor employee lifecycle processes from hiring to exit.
- Ensure accurate HR reporting and documentation.
- Improve HR processes through automation and best practices.

7. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Develop employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize recognition programs, cultural events, and wellness activities.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and a solid service culture.

8. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead the HR team and mentor HR executives.
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce challenges.
- Present HR metrics and reports to senior management.
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
