Job Title: HR Generalist

SWBA is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR activities while supporting the organization’s talent acquisition and employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and partnering with leadership to ensure smooth and effective HR operations and Recruitment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and build qualified talent pipelines.
- Manage HR operations, including employee records, HRMS, onboarding/offboarding, leave, attendance, and payroll inputs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and HR initiatives.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee and recruitment records.




- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
