JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle end-to-end recruitment across departments, from sourcing to onboarding

Work closely with team leads to define and track productivity metrics and help drive performance

Screen and evaluate candidates efficiently using modern tools and techniques

Assist in creating and refining internal HR processes to improve operational efficiency

Manage employee engagement initiatives and ensure a healthy work workplace

Support performance appraisal cycles, documentation, and employee records

Prepare HR dashboards and analytics reports on productivity and recruitment KPIs

Handle general HR administrative tasks and support other HR functions as required

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 2–3 years in HR roles with hands-on experience in recruitment and productivity tracking

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant field

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR tools (ATS, HRMS)

Sharp, process-oriented, and highly organized
