Key Responsibilities
- Assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.
- Support recruitment coordination and candidate communication.
- Assist with social media content and digital marketing activities.
- Conduct cold calls and cold emails for business outreach.
- Support lead generation and basic market research.
- Maintain Excel records, databases, and daily activity reports.
- Assist with basic SEO and website-related activities.
- Support LinkedIn and other online promotional activities.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, prospects, and team members.
- Complete assigned tasks responsibly and maintain regular activity updates.
