About HiWox

HiWox is building a HealthTech and wellness platform focused on preventive healthcare, personalized wellness, health intelligence, and measurable transformation through 9 areas of wellness:

Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Social, Spiritual, Occupational, Environmental, Financial, and Sexual &

- Reproductive Wellness.

We are currently in the initial product testing and development stage and are building the team, systems, and technology required to scale HiWox.

This is an equity-only founding team opportunity, with no fixed salary until we secure funding and stabilize revenue.

As an HR &

- Business Operations Officer at HiWox, your primary responsibilities would include: HR &
- People Operations

- Build and manage recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, performance management, and HR processes.
- Help recruit and coordinate HiWox's founding and operational teams across healthcare, technology, product, marketing, and business.
- Develop role structures, KPIs, SOPs, performance systems, and internal policies.
- Build a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and execution.
- Maintain regular communication and coordination across team members.

Business Operations
- Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure key tasks and projects are executed on time.
- Coordinate between the founders and different functional teams.
- Build operational dashboards to track hiring, projects, KPIs, deliverables, and business activities.




- Develop SOPs and workflows to make the organization more structured and scalable.
- Support partnerships, research, vendor coordination, documentation, and other strategic initiatives.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.

AI &
- Automation

- Identify repetitive HR and operational processes that can be automated.
- Use AI agents, automation tools, dashboards, and digital workflows to improve team productivity.
- Help build a technology-enabled operating system for HiWox as the organization grows.

Preferred Skills &

- Experience

- 2–5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, business operations, startup operations, or related roles.
- Strong communication, coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building HR processes or operational systems from scratch.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and managing multiple priorities.
- Robust understanding of Google Workspace, project management tools, spreadsheets, and HR systems.
- Experience with AI and automation tools is a strong advantage.
- Startup or HealthTech experience is preferred.

Immediate Priorities —
- First 90 Days

- Build a structured recruitment and onboarding system.
- Organize existing HR documentation, roles, responsibilities, and KPIs.
- Establish basic HR and business operations SOPs.




- Create systems to track team performance, projects, and deliverables.
- Improve coordination between different departments.
- Identify and automate repetitive HR and operational tasks.
- Help build the organizational structure required for HiWox's next stage of growth.

Equity-Based Opportunity This is an equity-only founding team opportunity.

There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase.

Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Founder Onboarding Process

- 3–4 strategic discussions to evaluate mindset, expertise, execution ability, and long-term alignment.
- A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate ownership and contribution.
- Long-term founding team agreement.
- Equity allocation based on contribution and commitment.
- 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.

Ideal Candidate We are not looking for someone who only handles recruitment or administrative HR work.

We are looking for someone who can help build HiWox's people, processes, systems, and operating structure from the ground up, while working closely with the founders and taking ownership of execution.

Experience in early-stage startups, AI-powered operations, healthcare, or building organizations from scratch will be a strong advantage.
