Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Room Attendant based at HIBISCUS HOTEL in Noida.

The Room

Attendant is responsible for cleaning and organizing guest rooms and bathrooms, including changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities. The role involves handling laundry items, ensuring towels and linens are clean, properly stored, and available for guest use.

The Room

Attendant will inspect rooms for maintenance or safety issues, report any concerns, and follow hotel standards and health and safety procedures.



Daily tasks also include interacting courteously with guests, responding to basic requests, and working closely with other housekeeping and front-of-house team members to support smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications

- Housekeeping and clean rooms skills, with solid attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning procedures and standards.
- Laundry skills, including sorting, cleaning, drying, folding, and proper storage of linens and towels.
- Communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and collaborate with colleagues.
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines, and maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move carts and supplies throughout the shift.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
