?️ Key Responsibilities

Plant Maintenance & Reliability

- Lead Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance for all plant equipment

- Ensure maximum uptime through preventive & predictive maintenance

- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, SOPs, and schedules

- Handle breakdown analysis, RCA, and corrective/preventive actions

Utilities & Infrastructure

- Oversee maintenance of Boilers, Compressors, Cooling Towers, DG Sets, HVAC, ETP/STP

- Ensure uninterrupted availability of Power, Steam, Water & Compressed Air

- Maintain plant infrastructure, buildings, and material handling systems

Safety, Compliance & Audits

- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, statutory norms, and safety standards

- Participate in EHS audits, statutory inspections, and internal audits

- Implement safe maintenance practices (LOTO, PTW, Confined Space)

People & Contractor Management

- Lead and mentor maintenance engineers, technicians & contract workforce

- Evaluate contractor performance ensuring safety, quality & timelines

- Plan manpower deployment and skill development initiatives





Cost Control & Budgeting

- Prepare and control Maintenance Budget & CAPEX

- Optimize spare parts inventory, AMCs, and vendor management

- Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising safety or reliability

Projects & Continuous Improvement

- Support new installations, expansions, and plant modifications

- Implement TPM, 5S & Continuous Improvement initiatives

- Coordinate closely with Production, QA & EHS teams

? Key Skills & Competencies

- Robust expertise in Chemical Plant Maintenance

- Knowledge of GMP / ISO / EHS standards

- Breakdown management & reliability engineering

- Utility systems & statutory compliance

- Leadership & cross-functional coordination

- Vendor & contractor management
