Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kunnamkulam, for HOD (CSE), Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor positions in CSE, AI & DS, and Cyber Security.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses, preparing lesson plans and assessments, and guiding students through lectures, labs, projects, and seminars. Faculty members are expected to mentor students, supervise academic projects and research, participate in curriculum development, and contribute to departmental accreditation and quality assurance activities. The HOD role additionally involves leading departmental administration, coordinating faculty, managing academic schedules,



promoting industry collaboration, and supporting strategic initiatives.

All positions require active participation in academic events, continuous professional development, and maintaining an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.

Qualifications

- Relevant academic qualifications in Computer Science and Engineering or related disciplines (AI & DS, Cyber Security), preferably ME/M.Tech/PhD as per regulatory and accreditation norms.
- Strong teaching, curriculum design, and classroom management abilities, with experience using modern pedagogical methods and educational technologies.
- Proven research aptitude, including publications, project guidance, and participation in funded research or consultancy activities.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues, engage with industry partners, and contribute to departmental administration, policy implementation, and accreditation processes.
- Excellent communication skills, commitment to student mentoring, ethical conduct, and willingness to support co-curricular and extracurricular initiatives.
- Prior experience in academic leadership for HOD positions, and relevant teaching experience for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor roles.
