Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli for a Video Editor, Graphic Designer, and Instructional Designer. The role involves planning, producing, and editing video content, including footage selection, sound synchronization, and color correction to meet project requirements. The team member will design graphics and motion graphics for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency and transparent visual communication.

The role also includes creating instructional materials such as explainer videos, e-learning modules, and visual aids that simplify complex concepts for learners.



Daily tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, managing project timelines, organizing media assets, and refining deliverables based on feedback.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and execute Video Production and Video Editing tasks for diverse projects.
- Strong skills in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics to enhance visual quality and engagement.
- Proficiency in Graphics design for digital, social media, and learning materials.
- Experience with industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools).
- Understanding of instructional design principles and ability to create clear, learner-focused content.
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines in an on-site team environment.
- Good communication skills in English; ability to take feedback and iterate on design and content.
- Relevant education or training in media, design, communication, or a related field is preferred, along with a portfolio showcasing video, graphic, and instructional work.
