Position: SAP B1 Functional Consultant

Location: Pune

Experience: 3–5 years

– Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct business process analysis and requirement-gathering sessions with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Minimum 3 full end-to-end SAP Business One implementations and experience working with an SAP Partner.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure solutions within SAP Business One.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop customizations, enhancements, and reports using SAP B1 SDK and related tools.
- Configure SAP B1 modules such as Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and CRM based on client requirements.
- Perform system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
- Provide end-user training and support during and post-implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues or system errors, coordinating with technical teams as needed.
- Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP B1 features, enhancements, and best practices to recommend process improvements and system optimizations.




- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and user manuals.

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience as an SAP B1 Functional Consultant or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules and functionalities.
- Solid understanding of business processes across finance, sales, procurement, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in SAP B1 configuration, SQL queries, and reporting tools.
- Well-versed with Crystal Reports for report development and customization.
- Experience with Boyum B1UP, Print & Delivery;
- Produmex WMS experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify requirements and propose effective SAP B1 solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to gather requirements and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Prior experience conducting training sessions and providing end-user support.
- Good project management skills, including task prioritization and timeline management.
- Willingness to work in UK time zone as required.
- Solid sense of service commitment and responsibility.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
