We are building a strong Sourcing & Product Development team and are looking for professionals who can drive supplier development, product sourcing, commercial negotiations and new product development across multiple consumer categories.

? 1. Manager – Strategic Sourcing & Product Development

? Experience: 5–9 years

? Team: Will lead 5–10 Sourcing Executives

? Reports To: Head of Business

? Budget: ₹6–7 LPA

? Location: Delhi (Preferred)

✈️ Travel: 60%

The Manager will lead the Private Label & Marketplace Sourcing function across Home, Kitchen, Utility, Travel, Tech Accessories, Lifestyle, Seasonal Products and General Merchandise.

Category Ownership

Travel & Mobility | Tech & Productivity Accessories | Home & Kitchen | Home Living & Utility | Seasonal & Festive Products | Sports & Lifestyle Accessories

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop category-wise sourcing strategies and supplier networks

✅ Identify manufacturers, manufacturing clusters and alternate suppliers

✅ Lead factory evaluation, vendor onboarding and supplier development

✅ Drive recent product development, sampling, packaging and value engineering

✅ Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms and commercial agreements

✅ Drive cost reduction and margin improvement

✅ Establish product specifications and quality standards

✅ Optimize supplier capacity, lead times and supply availability

✅ Lead and mentor the sourcing team





✅ Review RFQs, supplier performance and sourcing plans

? 2. Executive – Category Sourcing | Home, Kitchen & Utility

? 3. Executive – Category Sourcing | Lifestyle, Travel & Tech Accessories

? Experience: 3–6 years

? Budget: ₹5 LPA

? Location: Delhi (Preferred)

? Field Job: 60%

Executives Key Responsibilities

- Source and develop Lifestyle, Travel & Tech Accessories
- Identify manufacturers and suitable suppliers
- Manage vendor onboarding and supplier relationships
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ and lead times
- Coordinate sampling and product development
- Support new product launches and category expansion
- Track quality, delivery and supplier performance
- Develop alternate suppliers and improve sourcing efficiency

Candidates with strong manufacturer networks, negotiation skills and product development experience will be preferred.
