We’re looking for a freelance creative who can create 20-second AI-assisted reels for a B2B construction brand, specifically for Instagram and Facebook.
The requirement is not just about using AI tools. We’re looking for someone who can think creatively and independently, understand the product, and turn it into engaging visual content without making the videos feel overly artificial or generic.
What you’ll work on
- 20-sec reels for Facebook & Instagram
- Regional and national festive content
- The product must be integrated into every creative, but in a way that feels natural to the idea rather than forced or simply placed into the frame
- Working from a content calendar and creative brief
- Developing the visual approach independently while staying aligned with the brand
Creative direction
We’re looking for realistic, visually engaging AI-generated videos. The reels should not be cartoonish, doodle-style or overly animated. AI should be used as a creative tool to bring the concept to life, not become the concept itself.
The product integration is particularly important. We want someone who can find smart,
contextual ways to make the product part of the story, rather than adding it as an afterthought.
A few important things
- This is a freelance, remote opportunity. Kolkata-based creatives will be preferred.
- We’ll share the content calendar and creative briefs, but you should be comfortable taking the idea forward independently.
- The client may share changes or feedback right up until the day of posting, so you need to be quick, flexible and comfortable working on short turnarounds.
- You should be available to coordinate and work with us during daytime working hours, particularly when revisions are required.
- Commercials will be discussed on a per-reel basis.
We’re looking for someone with a robust creative eye who understands AI video generation, visual storytelling, composition and social media content. Most importantly, the final output should feel creative, human and believable, not obviously AI-generated.
