Job Responsibility - Mining and Metals • Help clients seize essential advantages by developing corporate and business unit strategies and building the differentiating capabilities they need to outperform their competitors.

- Market research and analysis – mining and metals.
- Assist in business development for the firm in terms of connects, developing proposals and participate in business development meetings.
- Deliver quality and timely work.
- Operations Excellence: Work as a consultant for delivering Programs like Operations Excellence, Procurement Excellence, Skilling, HR transformation, Operating Model, using Process and Technology (Digital) intervention.
- Detailed understanding of the mining and metals operations, so as to provide suggestions to clients on improvements.
- Good knowledge of data analytics and provide logical recommendations based on those analytics.
- Utilization of geological and geotechnical data to design mine layouts, schedules, and sequencing.
- Recommend modifications to existing mine plans to optimize resource utilization.




- Analyze project proposals to assess their viability and potential economic returns.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to project feasibility studies.
- Lead engagements and teams, as and when required.
- Work like a team member/ team leader, as and when required and display skills in terms of working as a team and assist in nurturing talents for the firm • Operating from remote locations – typically any large to medium scale transformation program require person to travel and stay for lengthy durations.
- Eager to learn recent things and deliver.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s and/ or Master’s Degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Strategy consulting will be advantage.
- Experience in mine planning and scheduling will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the operations.
- Understanding of the regulatory and policy regime in the Indian mining and metals sectors.
