Position Overview: As a Website Developer/CMS Author you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our website, landing pages, and emailers to create a seamless and user-friendly online experience for our clients and visitors.

Your proficiency in HTML, CSS, and content management systems such as Optimizely, WordPress, or SharePoint will be essential for building responsive and visually appealing web pages that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand website requirements and translate them into visually compelling and interactive webpages that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain website layouts, landing pages and email templates using HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
- Implement and customize content management systems (CMS) such as Optimizely, AEM to streamline content updates and management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and challenges related to cross-browser and device compatibility.
- Stay up to date with the latest web development trends, techniques, and best practices, incorporating them into website designs to enhance user experience.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement, propose solutions,



and implement enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to incorporate SEO best practices and improve website visibility on search engines.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure the seamless integration of website functionalities with existing systems and databases.
- Ability to extract analytics reports from the website and share them with the relevant teams.

Skills

- Certifications or diploma in Web Development and/or digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven 3-4 years of experience in developing email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), such as Optimizely, SharePoint or WordPress.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools such as Flourish, Pardot, or Marketo will be an added advantage.
- A solid understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
- Previous experience working in a skilled services firm is considered an advantage.
- Good communication and organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
