Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and their implementation.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high code quality through code reviews and testing.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our applications are cutting-edge and competitive.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and foster a culture of innovation within the team.

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 4 years focused on mobile application development using React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+,



TypeScript, and up-to-date front-end frameworks.
- Extensive experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services.
- Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, including performance optimization, caching, security, and monitoring.
- Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a significant plus.
- Deep understanding of mobile-specific challenges, such as battery consumption optimization and network constraints.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality software solutions on schedule.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Desired Eligibility

● Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community.

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and server less architectures.
