Location – Hyderabad

Mode – Work from Office

Shift – Night shift

Key Skills

 Experience in AR calling & thorough knowledge about RCM (US Healthcare)

Cycle,

 Be able to create Error Parameters based on SOP,

 Be able to conduct RCA /1 Year analysis on monthly audit data & publish the findings,

 Robust Communication Skills- both verbal & written, to be able to provide

Feedback and coaching on monthly quality session for operations teams to share top improvements & preventive actions,

 Be able to conduct one on one connects with the bottom quartile management and

 Flexibility to work in any shift, depending on the shift that Operations Follows.
