We are looking for an Injection Molding Operator / Supervisor with hands-on experience in operating and managing injection molding machines.

? Key Responsibilities

Operate injection molding machines and monitor production

Handle basic machine settings and process adjustments

Support mold changing and production start-up

Identify and resolve basic molding defects

Supervise operators and ensure smooth shop floor operations

? Requirements

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field

Minimum 4 years of experience in injection molding

Experience handling machines up to ~450 ton preferred

Basic understanding of automatic machines and production processes
