We are looking for a mobile service helper to assist technicians with mobile phone servicing, repair-related activities, customer device handling, and maintaining the service area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians in mobile phone repair and servicing activities.
- Receive, check, label, and organize customer mobile devices.
- Assist with opening and assembling mobile phones under technician supervision.
- Help with cleaning mobile phones and internal components.
- Assist in handling tools, spare parts, and service equipment.
- Keep records of devices received and returned.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service center.
- Assist technicians in testing mobile phones after repair.
- Handle customer devices carefully and follow company procedures.
- Inform the technician/supervisor about any damage or issue noticed on a device.
- Follow safety and data-privacy procedures while handling customer devices.
- Perform other service-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th standard preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones and accessories.
- Previous experience in a mobile service center is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn mobile repair and troubleshooting.
- Good hand coordination and attention to detail.
- Honest, responsible, and careful when handling customer devices.
- Ability to work effectively with technicians and customers.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
