Job Title: Senior Configuration Analyst HealthRules Payor Healthcare Payer Experience: 56 Years Domain: Healthcare InsurancePayer Mandatory Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Configuration Analyst with 56 years of Healthcare Payer experience and robust expertise in HealthRules Payor HRP Designer. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Benefit Plan, Product, and Eligibility Configuration and a solid understanding of Claims, Member Enrollment, Provider Administration, and Correspondence processes.

Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain HealthRules Payor HRP products, benefit plans, eligibility rules, and healthcare products. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable configuration solutions. Support configuration across Claims, Member Enrollment, Provider Administration, Member Administration, and Correspondence modules.

Perform impact analysis, unit testing, SITUAT support, production validation, and defect resolution. Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, Developers,



and Production Support teams in an Agile environment. Support release management, production deployments, and post-production activities.

Validate configuration and transactional data using SQL.

Required Skills HealthRules Payor HRP Designer Mandatory Benefit Plan, Product Eligibility Configuration Healthcare Payer Domain Claims, Enrollment, Provider Member Administration SQL for data validation Jira and ServiceNow Experience working in Model Office, TEST, UAT, and Production environments Knowledge of HIPAA and Healthcare EDI transactions 837, 835, 270271, 276277 Preferred Qualifications Experience in Healthcare Payer implementation or production support projects. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in AgileScrum teams and supporting end-to-end configuration lifecycle.
