Kefilo is building a NutritionTech company focused on transforming people's health through science-backed nutrition, food technology, AI, and intelligent manufacturing.

We are not just another cloud kitchen or healthy meal delivery company. Our vision is to create a scalable ecosystem combining personalized nutrition, transformation programs, standardized food production, and technology to make healthy eating accessible and measurable across India.

We are currently in the early product-building and testing stage and are looking for a healthcare and wellness content creator who can help build Kefilo's voice, authority, and educational presence from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities Healthcare &

- Wellness Content

- Create engaging, evidence-based content around nutrition, preventive healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, gut health, fitness, and healthy eating.
- Develop reels, short-form videos, carousels, blogs, podcasts, newsletters, and educational content.
- Simplify complex healthcare and nutrition concepts into relatable and engaging stories.
- Research health and wellness topics and ensure content is scientifically credible and responsible.

Video &
- Storytelling

- Ideate, script, and create short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Support founder-led videos, podcasts, expert interviews, webinars, workshops, and healthcare/nutrition campaigns.
- Develop strong hooks, storytelling formats, and recurring content series.
- Turn long-form content into multiple short-form content pieces.

Brand Building
- Help position Kefilo as a credible NutritionTech and human transformation brand.
- Build storytelling around nutrition, transformation, healthy food, lifestyle, customer journeys, and the science behind Kefilo.




- Develop educational campaigns that build trust and awareness rather than generic promotional content.

Expert &
- Community Content

- Work with nutritionists, doctors, fitness experts, food scientists, psychologists, and other professionals to create expert-led content.
- Coordinate interviews, podcasts, webinars, and collaborations.
- Help build a network of healthcare, wellness, fitness, and nutrition professionals who can contribute to Kefilo's content ecosystem.

Content Growth &
- AI

- Track content performance and identify topics, formats, hooks, and platforms that work.
- Stay updated with healthcare, nutrition, wellness, and content trends.
- Use AI and automation tools for research, scripting, content production, repurposing, and distribution.

Preferred Skills &

- Experience

- 1–5+ years of experience in healthcare, nutrition, wellness, content creation, social media, journalism, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong research, writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of nutrition, healthcare, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle topics.
- Comfortable working with healthcare and wellness professionals.
- On-camera presence and video creation skills are a robust advantage.

- Build Kefilo's healthcare,



nutrition, and wellness content pillars.
- Develop a consistent short-form content engine.
- Create educational content around nutrition, transformation, gut health, fitness, and preventive health.
- Support founder-led content, podcasts, expert interviews, webinars, and collaborations.
- Build a network of healthcare, nutrition, and wellness experts for content collaborations.
- Establish a repeatable content creation, repurposing, and distribution system.
- Help build Kefilo's credibility and authority in the NutritionTech space.

Equity-Based Opportunity This is an equity-based founding team opportunity.

There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase.

Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Founder Onboarding Process

- 3–4 strategic discussions to evaluate expertise, creativity, execution ability, and long-term alignment.
- A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate ownership and contribution.
- Long-term founding team agreement.
- Equity allocation based on contribution and commitment.
- 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.

Ideal Candidate We are not looking for someone who simply creates generic health tips.

We are looking for someone who can make nutrition, healthcare, and wellness genuinely interesting, relatable, and shareable while maintaining scientific credibility.

You should be able to combine research + storytelling + content creation + distribution and take ownership of building Kefilo's content engine from scratch.
