As the technical anchor for Pod One, you will oversee the architecture of our Python-based internal systems while spearheading AI-driven initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

- Direct the design and implementation of new features within the Python stack.
- Architect and integrate AI/Machine Learning solutions to optimize internal workflows.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for system-wide maintenance and stability.

Technical Requirements

- Expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Proven experience in building modular internal Python tools/services with clean interfaces, reusable components, tests, and transparent documentation (packaging, CI-friendly, maintainable).
- Integrate a diverse set of third-party/internal APIs; assemble simple, reliable data pipelines (ETL/ELT, scheduling, retries, logging, monitoring) and apply AI/LLM capabilities to generate business-facing outputs.
- Nice-to-haves: Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS, Step Functions, CloudWatch) and project management skills (scoping, estimating, prioritization, stakeholder updates).
