What You'll Do

- Build and execute B2B sales strategy.
- Drive revenue growth across UAE, US, UK, and international markets.
- Manage complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build, mentor and coach SDRs & Sales Executives.
- Create predictable outbound sales engine using:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- Cold Email
- CRM
- Generate enterprise opportunities for:
- AI Automation
- Software Development
- Staff Augmentation
- IT Services
- Build partnerships and long-term client relationships.
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue targets.
- Work closely with founders to define GTM strategy.





Required ExperienceMust Have✅ 4+ years of B2B IT / SaaS / Technology Sales ✅ Experience managing SDRs or Sales Teams

✅ Experience selling to UAE, US or UK clients

✅ Strong outbound sales experience
