As we grow across branding, social media, performance marketing, websites and integrated campaigns, we are looking for a Head of Operations who can build the systems that help excellent work happen consistently.
This is not a coordination-only role.
You will be responsible for building and owning the operating rhythm of the agency.
What you’ll own• Agency-wide project and delivery systems
- Client-wise scopes, timelines, deliverables and accountability
- SOPs across creative, content, performance, web and account management
- Resource planning and team capacity
- Weekly operating reviews and delivery dashboards
- Client feedback and escalation systems
- Recent client onboarding and project kick-offs
- New employee onboarding and process training
- Automation of repetitive workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar
- Identifying bottlenecks before they become problems
- Improving utilisation, turnaround times and operational efficiency
What we’re looking for• 3–5 years of experience in operations,
project management or agency management
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Extremely process-oriented and organised
- Comfortable managing multiple teams and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong with project management tools, dashboards and documentation
- Comfortable holding people accountable without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
- Good understanding of how creative and marketing agencies actually function
- Comfortable experimenting with AI and automation to improve workflows
- Someone who does not just manage processes, but improves them
