Role Description The Head of Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading the overall people strategy and HR operations at Propzilla. This role oversees workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement to support business objectives. The Head of HR will design, implement, and regularly update HR policies and frameworks that align with labor and employment laws, organizational values, and best practices.





Daily responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the HR team, advising leadership on people-related decisions, managing employee relations, and driving initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. The role also involves partnering with senior management on organizational development, change management, capability building, and leadership development programs.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading HR functions or teams.
- Proficiency in HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and effective governance.
- Proven expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation and benefits planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in real estate, consulting, or a quick-paced growth setting is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
