About SipaaraSipaara is an AI-powered BeautyTech platform building the future of personalized beauty. We combine AI skin analysis, skin intelligence, personalized product recommendations, and virtual try-on into a BeautyTech infrastructure — built for consumers and for beauty brands, retailers, and businesses through our BeautyTech API.

We're looking for a driven Co-Founder to join at an early stage and help build the company from the ground up.

This is not a conventional job. You will be joining as a Co-Founder, building alongside the founding team.

The OpportunityWe're looking for someone who can operate across Marketing, Technology, AI, Growth, and Business Development — comfortable wearing multiple hats, moving quickly, making decisions, validating ideas, and owning outcomes.

You'll work closely with the Founder & CEO to shape Sipaara's product, technology, go-to-market strategy, brand, growth, and fundraising.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Growth

- Develop and execute Sipaara's marketing and growth strategy
- Build the brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and other relevant channels
- Develop acquisition strategies for consumer and B2B customers
- Create campaigns, partnerships, content, and growth experiments
- Track growth metrics and optimize acquisition and conversion
- Build Sipaara's presence within the global BeautyTech and AI ecosystem

Technology & Product

- Contribute to the development of Sipaara's technology platform
- Work with Next.js, Node.js, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and AI technologies
- Help architect scalable product and backend systems
- Prioritize and ship new features with the founding team
- Explore and integrate emerging AI technologies and models
- Help build and improve Sipaara's AI-powered skin intelligence and recommendation infrastructure

AI & Innovation

- Explore practical applications of AI across beauty, skincare, personalization, and commerce




- Evaluate AI models, APIs, and emerging technologies
- Develop AI-driven product experiences and automation
- Identify opportunities where AI creates a competitive advantage for Sipaara

Fundraising & Investor Relations

- Work directly with the Founder & CEO on fundraising strategy
- Identify and build relationships with angel investors, VCs, strategic investors, and partners
- Help prepare pitch decks, financial models, and investor materials
- Participate in investor meetings and fundraising discussions
- Build and maintain an investor pipeline
- Communicate Sipaara's vision, product, traction, market opportunity, and technology to investors

Partnerships & Business Development

- Identify partnerships with beauty brands, retailers, technology companies, influencers, and other strategic partners
- Help develop Sipaara's B2B/API business
- Build relationships with potential customers and strategic partners
- Explore new markets and business opportunities

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a builder, not just an employee. You may be a strong fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience with Next.js and Node.js
- Understand modern web application architecture and APIs
- Have practical experience with AI/LLMs or AI-powered products
- Understand digital marketing, growth, or startup marketing
- Have experience with social media, performance marketing, SEO, or content
- Are comfortable in early-stage startup environments
- Have strong communication and networking skills
- Understand startup fundraising, or are willing to learn quickly
- Can speak confidently with investors, partners, customers, and developers
- Are entrepreneurial and comfortable taking ownership
- Can work independently without needing constant direction
- Are excited about AI, BeautyTech, consumer technology, and personalization

Compensation & EquityThis is an equity-based Co-Founder opportunity. At the current early stage, there is no fixed monthly salary. The selected Co-Founder will receive equity in Sipaara, with the exact percentage discussed based on experience, commitment, responsibilities, and contribution. We're looking for someone who wants to build and own a meaningful part of the company, not take a conventional job. As Sipaara grows and raises capital, compensation can evolve based on the company's funding, growth, and the Co-Founder's role.

Fundraising ResponsibilityA key part of this role is helping Sipaara raise its initial funding, including:

- Investor discovery and outreach
- Angel and VC introductions
- Fundraising strategy and investor presentations
- Pitch development
- Networking and relationship building
- Strategic partnerships
- Preparing Sipaara for future funding rounds
