Role OverviewVision Properties is looking for an experienced and creative Head of Digital to lead its complete digital marketing operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing a digital team, planning campaigns and generating qualified leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital channels.

You are not expected to be a professional graphic designer or video editor. However, you must understand content creation, graphic design, video editing and visual aesthetics well enough to review the team’s work, provide clear direction and continuously improve the quality of creative output.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the performance marketing, content, graphic design, video editing, social media and website teams.
- Plan and execute monthly digital marketing strategies aligned with project launches, sales targets and branding objectives.
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including audience strategy, budgeting, creative planning and performance optimisation.
- Develop effective advertising concepts with strong hooks, body content, headlines, descriptions and calls to action.
- Monitor lead volume, lead quality, CPL, conversion rates, ROI and overall campaign performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and improve lead-to-conversion performance.
- Review social media content, posters, advertisements and videos for content quality, brand consistency and visual appeal.
- Guide designers,



editors and content creators with clear briefs, references and constructive feedback.
- Manage social media calendars and plan campaigns in advance according to project priorities, offers and market trends.
- Oversee websites, landing pages, CRM integration and digital customer journeys to improve conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the management team.
- Manage multiple digital projects, team priorities, campaign budgets and deadlines.
- Identify new digital trends, platforms and opportunities that can improve brand reach, customer engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a team-lead or managerial position.
- Proven experience in managing and developing a creative and performance-driven digital team.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead-generation campaigns and campaign optimisation.
- Good understanding of content strategy, social media planning and advertising copy.
- Strong visual and aesthetic judgment across graphic design, video editing and digital creatives.
- Ability to review creative work and guide designers and editors, even without being a hands-on qualified designer or editor.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and other performance-reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, ROI and lead quality.
- Excellent communication, leadership, project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in real estate or property development will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Communications or a related field is preferred.
- Must be willing to work full-time from our office in Poonamallee, Chennai.
