- Develop cutting-edge acquisition models including private purchase, long-term lease,
government allotment, joint development, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee negotiations involving landowners, institutions, government agencies, and key stakeholders to achieve commercially viable outcomes.
Build and sustain strategic relationships with senior officials across Central, State, and Local
Government departments.
- Represent the organization before ministries, regulatory authorities, industrial development corporations, district administrations, and statutory bodies.
- Proactively engage with policymakers and regulators to facilitate business-friendly outcomes and project approvals.
